Hey, I’m Amber. Nice to meet you.
I know the process of admitting that you are in a place that you can no longer manage on your own, can be scary.
I work with both individuals and couples, guiding them through life's challenges using both Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). For couples, EFT helps deepen emotional bonds, improve communication, and create a safe space for vulnerability. For individuals, IFS provides a pathway to self-discovery by exploring the different parts of yourself that influence emotions and behaviors. My approach is warm and empathetic, and I focus on building trust, self-awareness, and lasting change, whether you're navigating personal growth or relationship difficulties.
